How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@lisbethmart.com with your order details and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will then send you a prepaid return label along with instructions on where to send your item back.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping costs for all approved returns. Once your return is authorised, you will receive a prepaid shipping label so you can send the item back at no additional cost.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

• Products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

• Returns due to damage caused by misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for a refund.
